  Dear Right At Home,
  
  I would like to give some feedback to you about the previous and current experience with the home care provided to me. Some of the previous attendants have been lazy and unreliable. We recently asked for a change in the companies contracted out and have had a completely different outcome.
  
  Brittany our new caregiver has been consistent, helpful, efficient and continually looking for the next task that will help me. She is both polite and reliable. Brittany has displayed a great work ethic. I am very happy with her present performance and look forward to her next visit.

  Right at Home in Belmont has been wonderful to work with in the Gastonia area with my mom. We have been clients for almost 7 months and we have been thrilled with the attention and care that Bill Osborne and his staff provide. Not only do they do work well with my mom they are liaisons between her and her long term care insurance claims. This is a big help as well. Please consider Right at Home for your home care needs!
