  Called over the phone asking for simple info about a product, and was rushed off the phone and told he had too many customers and to just come in and look. I found that rude, unprofessional, and not personable at all. Clearly from the other reviews, the guy needs to work on his customer service skills and to try to lighten up a little bit.
