  I was looking for a place to take my wife's car for an alignment and oil change, as I drove I googled shops near me....i pulled up to stop light at the intersection in front of Keith Hawthorn at the same time I saw on my search that Keith Hawthorn had a quick lane....so I pulled in. Before I proceeded into the quick lane I read the review online. It was one star and a very bad review. But being in customer service myself I decided to dismiss the review as probably not accurate.
  As I pulled into the lane I was the Only customer in the lane. All 4 service reps were at thier stations, and there was even a couple of other uniformed employees standing around talking...as I pulled in I rolled window down and made eye contact with EVERYONE in the lane waiting for someone to address me, I sat there 3 minutes and decided to exit my car.
  The employees talking continued talking and still no one asked to assist me. So I took control and voiced out loud "Can someone help me"? A man named Rich looked up and said I can. As I was explaining to Rich that my tires were wearing and I needed an alignment the employee standing at the next station and while talking to the girl reaches out "With out even turning to look at me" and tries to give me a tread gauge...then chuckles about it and whispers something to the girl and they giggle.
  So I ask him who he is and he says, "I'm nobody" then I ask what his sarcasm was all about and he walks away.
  
  I have worked customer service for 35 yrs, and i am by no means a self entitled person and I don't expect to be treated like royalty...but I have NEVER experienced a business with such sour puss, rude and miserable looking employees working in point of sale service. This place needs a Serious managerial change and leadership change.
  
  Avoid this service dept. They don't care.
