  I have had mixed reviews on this hotel. When the right people are working, I typically have no issues. I've been a long time customer as I'm in the military and this is our co tracked hotel. However, recently, they have been having water temp issues and HVAC as well. When i asked about it, depending on who I talked to, I would get a different answer on what the problem was. It took asking about it on 3 occasions before it was actually addressed and my room was changed. Unfortunately, the room they changed me too, had a loud noise coming from the heating and air system. I didn't get much sleep. It was too cold to turn it off. The other thing is, either they have phone issues or the staff is too lazy to answer the phone. I've actually called the front desk and no one answered. But walked down to the desk and not one up front. I've tried to make reservations and no one would answer for hours. Ridiculous. I've seen the pattern between the good employees and the lazy ones. It's sad really. Because when you complain they try to do everything but admit the problem. They gave me a measly 5k in points for the issues. That's not even a free night stay which I felt was the least they could do. There is no such thing as great customer service anymore.
